castor sugar

vanilla essence

(3 large) mashed bananas
Instructions
Sift flours, cinnamon powder, salt and baking soda.
Place the castor sugar , eggs, essence and oil in a bowl.
Beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer until smooth.
Fold in mashed bananas and sifted flour alternately. Once it is smooth, pour into a greased and floured cake tin or a loaf tin.
Bake at medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
