Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

cup
bite sized bocconcini cheese
handful
fresh basil leaves

wine vinegar

olive oil

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
sugar
pinch
pepper
Instructions
Mix salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar until salt and sugar have dissolved.
Add the oil while beating briskly or shake vigorously in a small bottle after adding the oil.
Slice the cherry tomatoes into halves if large enough.
Pull some of the bocconcini cheese apart and leave some whole.
Place in a salad bowl/plate and sprinkle basil leaves.
Drizzle the dressing over and serve.
