Instructions
  1. Soak and wash the spinach thoroughly. Dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Mix together vinegar or lemon juice, salt, olive oil, pepper and sugar.
  3. Peel the oranges and slice each section into a butterfly. Open into a round shape and remove seeds.
  4. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and into semi circles. Cut the red bell peppers into slivers.
  5. Put some of the washed baby spinach, chopped cucumber and bell peppers at the base of the serving plate. Sprinkle a little of the dressing over it.
  6. Arrange the cut Orange slices on the edge in a circle.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining baby spinach, chopped cucumber and bell peppers in the center and sprinkle the rest of the dressing over it.
