Romaine, Radish & Grape Salad
This is a refreshing, colorful salad with the crunch of salted almonds, sweetness of grapes and sharpness of small red radish. Radish is an edible root vegetable of the family Brassicaceae. Combined with Romaine or Cos lettuce it is so refreshing. I have used seedless black grapes. If you use grapes with seeds, you can slice them in half and remove the seeds if required.
